Dubai’s T-REX Glamping rolls out dinosaur-themed Eid staycation for families
Overnight escape with fossils, pool fun and fireside evenings
DUBAI – Dubai families looking to swap the city’s fast pace for an outdoor break over Eid Al Fitr have a new staycation option on the calendar.
T-REX Glamping, described as the world’s only dinosaur-themed glamping experience, is launching a special holiday offering with overnight stays, themed activities and open-air family spaces.
Running from March 19 to March 22, the experience is tailored for families seeking a short escape during the Eid break without leaving Dubai.
Eid escape
Located in a prehistoric-inspired setting, the experience combines adventure-led attractions for children with relaxed shared spaces for adults. Overnight stays start from Dh600++ per night, with bookings including complimentary breakfast at T-Rex Adventure Café and daily on-ground entertainment.
Younger guests can make their way through a series of themed attractions including the Excavation Site, where hidden fossils can be uncovered, and the Lava Watchpoint. Families can also head to the Dinosaur Footprint Pool, adding a cooling option to the outdoor adventure.
Family fun
The glamping setup is designed around premium tents and communal areas that encourage families to spend time together outdoors. While children explore the dinosaur-themed environment, adults can make use of outdoor lounges and relaxed seating areas spread across the site.
As the day moves into the evening, the experience shifts towards quieter shared moments. Guests can gather around the fireside or settle in for a movie under the stars, creating a different kind of Eid staycation centred on simple outdoor experiences.
